It's a difficult path, but the only one that can resolve the violence, whether institutional or private, suffered or inflicted, that punctuates our lives as human beings. Let this training be for each and every one of us an opportunity to question, in the depths of our lives, the acts, words, stories and their consequences, transforming them with serenity into acts, words and stories that give Life... No one is the owner of Life, it is given to us freely and we must give an account of this gift as best we can. In this way, Gandhi, when faced with a decision to make about what he should do on such and such an occasion, would question his little inner voice, the one that was never wrong and that could free his heart and soul. That's what I'm inviting you to do, seekers of truth, and it's a highly rewarding human endeavour to always place your life and your actions before your own inner core, where the Author of Life resides. Of course, it is difficult to be present to this demand, the Author is always there, but most of the time, we are absent, absorbed by our confused and fragmented feelings, animated by anger and resentment...
